Prices and Terms

Our prices are current on this website. As always, we do our best to deliver products of the highest quality to our customers. However, in the event there are changes beyond our control, such as unexpected fluctuations in the cost of raw materials, product prices may be changed without prior notice. Payment terms are due when placing the order, unless otherwise specified by LS Distributing Account Executives.

Returns and Claims

Returns will be accepted ONLY with prior authorization. Requests for returns must be made within ten (10) days of the receipt of your products. Due to the temperature sensitivity of some of our products, we are unable to restock and resell them and we will not authorize returns if the product has been mishandled. Claims by the customer for damage to any product in shipment should be made directly with the transportation company.
We guarantee superior product quality and full customer satisfaction with the performance of our products when used in the manner described in our product literature. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for its particular use. Should any product fail to perform satisfactorily for any reason other than misuse, our manufacturing companies will determine whether replacement or refund is justified. We reserve the right to change, alter, or modify any product to enhance its performance or design.
We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time, and will post any changes to this Policy as soon as they take effect. If you have any questions or comments about this Policy, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Policies

Payment must be received prior to shipment unless otherwise specified in writing. Customer is responsible for all transportation costs. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items. Shipping carriers may charge customers fees, handling fees or taxes in your country. We cannot forsee such changes and are not responsible for these fees.
Overnight orders placed after 1:00 pm EST, will be shipped the following day unless otherwise specified.
